Application:
Synthesis of unsaturated polyester resin (UPR): Succinic anhydride is a key monomer in the production of unsaturated polyester resin. It is copolymerized with maleic anhydride (maleic anhydride) to give the resin excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP), automotive parts, pipelines and building composite materials.
